All the services were terrific. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was soundproof and silent. Early check-in, the staff helped us with taxi. The location was marvellous, very near mini market with easy access to a bakery and a mini market;)))

The location is convenient - near the Palais des Congres, relatively close to the triumphal arch, transport is close by. The only "buts" - on the square in front of the Palais des Congres is the construction of a new station (and, judging by the billboards, will run until 2022), so the roads near are partially blocked, there are fences, temporary plastic blocks, on the sidewalks temporary markings (including for cyclists, who as a result ride, where and how you have to) - all the attributes of a major construction site in the neighborhood.
Breakfast - the same every day, no variety - omelette (you can cook your own eggs - raw are in a bowl, next to a special dish with boiling water and holders for eggs), fried chicken sausages, bacon, cheese, ham, yogurt Danone (fruit and natural), sour cream, milk, cereals, bread, baked goods (very tasty!), ketchup in small cans, butter, fruit, tea, coffee. All qualitative, tasty, you will eat normally, but those who are used to eating different food every day, this monotony may not like. There was no safe working in room 105. Replacing the battery did not solve the problem, probably requires more complex repairs. They offered to move into another room, but I refused. In addition, it was accidentally found out that the refrigerator (aka minibar) is not cold at all, inside is warm. If I needed it, it would be unpleasant... On Sunday it was accidentally found out that breakfast is not from 7, but from 8 o'clock. The reception was not warned in advance (forgotten?), so from 7 o'clock hungry guests roamed around an empty restaurant waiting for the waiter.

location of the hotel, is phenomenal, 2 minutes walk from the Metro stop (line 1 - Porte Maillot) and bus station leading to the airports. There are restaurants around and Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk away. Line 1 of the Metro is direct and takes 15 minutes to the Louvre, for example. 15 minutes also to the Eiffel Tower, although changing 1 time. Although the Hotel is in an Avenue, it is very well soundproofed, no noise can be heard from the street. staff is phenomenal, willing to help and give directions to the premises. I recommend!
Just to say something, because I don't really have any notes. The room is fine, even if I'm not a dwarf I could be a bit older, although I repeat, just to say something. Ah! And if I had some chairs on the terrace it would be the most!

Good location to Paris Beauvais airport made it easy to get to key attractions.

For me it is the best solution when I have business in Neuilly. Is best reached with Le Bus Direct Ligne 2 from CDG, and does not cost as much as the Hyatt
The breakfast for 16 euros is meagre, and there was not always coffee.

great design but limited amenities
The design of the hotel impressed us. It felt modern yet cozy. The staff's attentiveness contributed to a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the amenities in the room fell short of expectations.

Very friendly staff! The room was big enough by Parisian standards
Very old bathroom with bad water drainage, calcified taps, dust on all furniture and in the bathroom, at breakfast from 09:00 cold eggs and cold sausages and limited selection for 16 €.

Good size beds, decent size room reasonable price for a Parisian Hotel.
A Bit noisy if you open the windows. No air circulation in room due to mild outside temperature. They need ceiling fans.

The hotel was very comfortable and was in a great location. It is only two blocks from the bus that goes to the airport and there is a great shopping mall there as well. It is also very close to the metro.

Great stay but super snug rooms!
We had such a warm welcome and the staff was super friendly, especially Elaine! The spa sessions were a nice touch too. But wow, the room was really tiny, like really really cramped! Oh, and our neighbors' morning routine was too loud to ignore. The in-room breakfast was pretty cool though!
